As the former County Surveyor (elected Nov. 2002) Mr. Chambers duties included Expert Witness testimony, Boundary Mediation, Depositions and written reports as appointed on private cases by Jefferson County judges. He spent many hours each week counseling the public on a pro bono basis (there was no salary for the position at that time). Mr. Chambers has served on a Boundary Mediation Commission appointed by the Clear Creek County Surveyor. He has also testified as as an Expert Witness in cases in Jefferson and Gilpin Counties.
